Image Church started with a simple conviction: the Word of God has the power to change lives. We're a community of people from all walks of life who gather each week around Scripture, worship, and authentic relationships. We believe life with Jesus isn't a formula. It's a walk marked by faith, growth, and the joy of doing it together.

We seek God daily through prayer, Scripture, and obedience.

Our Story

Image Church started in 2017 with a simple conviction: to help people discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus.

Since launching, we have found a home at Mt. Zion Baptist Church where we have been faithfully preaching the Word, building authentic community, and helping people discover what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life. We're not the biggest church in town, but we've seen God work in quiet, steady ways through changed lives, deepened faith, and a community that's learning to love God and love people well.

We are excited to announce that the Lord has brought us a new Lead Pastor, Trey Postelle. A Georgia native, he and his lovely family will be joining us this fall. Here is a note from Pastor Trey:

“Image Church, my name is Trey Postelle, and I am excited to be joining this body as Lead Pastor to magnify Jesus Christ in Cobb County. My family is grateful to the search team, the elders, and the body for allowing us the opportunity to come and serve the members of Image Church. Looking forward to what the Lord is going to do through this body. Keep your hand the plow, Trey.”
